A&L Bike Clubs
Clubs are in full swing! Did you know that A&L runs 3 cycling clubs through the summer. On Mondays, a road bike club, Wednesdays is gravel riding and on Thursdays it is mountain biking. These clubs are free to attend and leaders will take you through the route. These rides are not for beginners but for riders with some experience. A&L Tri Club
We have been running the A&L Tri Club for many years now! The club generally runs from May until the end of August. We offer different training nights which include open water swimming, cycling and running and the odd night out for coffee to chat about an event. A training schedule is posted once the season begins.
