A&L Run for Fun . . . or Walk
The walk & run club is a great way to try the sport for the first time or maybe you just need a bit of motivation to get started. Instructor Darrin Kullman is excited to bring his wisdom and experience to the club to help you meet your training goals.

This program is for runners who have experience and are looking to boost their speed and endurance. These runners may be training for an event, or just looking to increase speed or distance. Your coach for this program is Kim Gradwell.
To take this program you should be able to run 5km in under 30 mins.
A&L Triathlon Club
The Triathlon Club is a great way to try the sport for the first time, or improve your speed and endurance among others who have similar goals. Instructor Tyler Wirch is ready to share his experience to the club to help you meet your training goals.
Tri Club membership includes run and bike workouts, open water swimming with tips and kayak support, transition training, technical support, and membership in the A&L Run for Fun.
A&L Mountain Bike Club
Begins May 3rd - Ends Late Sept. Thursdays, meet at 6:45 pm. Ride starts at 7pm.
This club is for experienced mountain bike riders to join together for a ride at the Brandon Hills or Hanbury Hill. Helmets are mandatory and must be 18+.
A&L Instructional Mountain Bike Club
May 3 to June 14 Thursdays, meet at 6:46 pm. Ride starts at 7pm.
Join Leaders Kevin & Laurie Newton at the Brandon Hills trails to learn how to mountain bike on technical single track and hilly rough terrain
Helmets are mandatory. Bicycle should be in good working order. Must be 18+.
A good fitness level is recommended as rides are 45 min. to 1.5 hrs.
A&L Road Club
Begins Monday, May 7th (6:15 pm)
These free Monday night road rides are designed for riders over the age of 18 who are looking for a group atmosphere for those highway rides. With different groups for all levels, anyone with a road bike and helmet is welcome to join. Rides start at A&L.
Junior Club Tread
An 8 week program for kids, 6 - 12 years old. This junior mountain bike club will teach cycling skills and bike safety. All kids, 9 years and younger, must have a parent ride with them each week.
Spin classes take place on location at A&L Mondays and Wednesdays. These high-energy classes are great to keep you in shape through the winter months. The group aspect is highly motivational and lots of fun.
